Walden savings bank welcomes kayla lloyd as corporate secretary

Walden Savings Bank is pleased to welcome Kayla Lloyd, who joined the Bank in the role of Corporate Secretary.
In her role, Lloyd works closely with the Bank's Board of Trustees, executive leadership, and President & CEO to support corporate governance, Board administration, and key strategic initiatives. She also helps coordinate Board operations and serves as an important resource for the Bank's leadership team.
Lloyd brings more than 13 years of experience supporting executive leadership, managing complex projects, and improving organizational processes. Known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail, she has built a career focused on strengthening operations, fostering teamwork, and helping organizations achieve their goals. Her experience in executive administration, project management, and strategic planning makes her a valuable addition to Walden Savings Bank.

Outside of the Bank, Lloyd is actively involved in community leadership throughout Orange County. She is a graduate of the Leadership Orange Signature Program, Class of 2024, and currently serves on the organization's Board of Directors. She also chairs the Alumni Committee and serves on the Marketing and Program Committees, helping to support and develop future leaders throughout the region. Lloyd earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, with a minor in Marketing, from Manhattan College, where she graduated cum laude. She resides in Walden with her husband and their two children.
